As a member, you are entitled to up to a thirty-minute consultation time with an attorney in your area at no cost on each new legal matter that you encounter. Learn more about the attorney's qualifications, as well as the selection process used to recruit this highly skilled network.
In order to get the most out of your consultation, you should prepare all of your questions and gather any relevant papers or documents in advance of visiting with the attorney. If your case relies on testimony from another party, it would be helpful to have that person provide you with a written summary of their position.
Once you have completed your initial consultation, you are entitled to a twenty five percent reduction from the attorney's normal rate, should you wish to retain his or her services. It is important to understand that you are under no obligation to retain the attorney. Further, we will assure you of compatibility with the attorney. So if you do not feel comfortable with the attorney's qualifications or approach, you may request a second referral.
